How DUMAVO orders are packed, dispatched and delivered.
Where we ship
We ship to United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or destinations outside United States.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Rates
- Standard shipping — $9. Free on orders of $150 or more.
- Express shipping — $24. Available on every order, including orders that qualify for free standard shipping.
The shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount charged; no handling fees are added afterwards.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery usually arrives 7–12 business days after dispatch. Express delivery usually arrives 3–5 business days after dispatch. These windows are carrier estimates and can stretch during peak season or customs review.
Tracking
Tracking details appear once the parcel is handed to the carrier. The first scan can take up to 48 hours. Automated emails are not currently sent — write to us for a status update. If tracking has not moved for seven business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will open a trace.
Duties and taxes
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. No additional duties or import fees are collected on delivery.
Missing or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, check with neighbours and the local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days.
