Returns & refunds

The window

You may return any unworn piece within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. The count starts when the carrier marks the parcel delivered.

Condition

• Unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, smoke or pet hair.
• Original tags attached and the item in its original packaging.

We inspect every return. Pieces that fail these conditions are sent back at your cost.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address. Do not send anything before you receive that authorisation.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect; in that case we provide a prepaid label. Use a tracked service — we cannot refund a return that never reaches us.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are refunded only when the whole order was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges. Return the piece for a refund and place a new order for the size you want.

Sale pieces

Reduced-price pieces follow the same 30-day rule. Final-sale pieces, when offered, are marked on the product page and are not returnable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Email us with the order number as soon as possible; if the parcel has already left, use the return process above.
