What we collect
- Order details: name, email, shipping address, items, delivery method and order totals.
- Correspondence: messages you send to us by email.
- Technical basics: the pages you visit on this site and the device type used, collected in aggregate.
We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered at checkout and processed by our payment provider; we receive only the last four digits and the card brand.
Why we use it
- To pack, ship and track your order.
- To answer questions and process returns and refunds.
- To keep records required by tax and consumer-protection law.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: the carrier and the payment provider. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your bag and order history on your own device. It is not sent to us automatically. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy accounting rules. Support messages are deleted after two years.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
